Our care services are registered with and regulated by the Care Quality Commission. We hold ourselves to the standards families and commissioners are entitled to expect — and we aim to exceed them.

TfL Licensed Operator

We hold a Transport for London operating licence, enabling regulated NEPTS and home to school transport across Greater London. Every driver, vehicle and journey meets or exceeds regulatory requirements.

Person-Centred Care

Everything we do is shaped around the individual, not a care package. We build relationships, maintain consistent teams, and design every support plan around the person — their goals, preferences and the life they want to live.

Safety is above all else. Robust safeguarding policies, DBS-checked staff and clear escalation routes protect the people in our care, in their homes and on every journey.
